ALLOCATE $1B COPPERSTRING IN QUEENSLAND'S FINANCIAL PLAN

Queensland could see a major injection in the state's infrastructure with reports of a potential a billion dollar injection to the CopperString project in the upcoming spending review. The CopperString project is a proposed electricity transmission that would connect from Mount Isa to Townsville, providing much-needed grid stability for the state.
